574/month. Great building. Its on a 1st floor- not very bright.

FIRST ANSWER
If you are not sure ask your broker to run comps for the building-or speak to someone in the management office. It sounds like a good deal although there are some that are cheaper/ but smaller. There is 1 Br unit less then 550sf for $239K on 31stAve. Good luck. Terry K 718-614-3167 cell
