Most customers that ask me this question already know the answer. How do you feel about it Lynn? Being able to afford both payments is only part of the answer. What about the housing market, will your home sell? What if it doesn't? How will this affect your savings plan, retirement, etc? There really are several factors to consider. If you would like more perspective or would like to bounce additional questions off me, please feel free to get in touch. Best of luck!

Hello Lynn,

That all depends on your current financial situation, how much money you have in the bank , and if you can carry two payments before the one sells. I'd be happy to go over your situation with you. Call or email anytime. There's no cost or obligation for my input and to get pre approved.

King Regards,

Of course not.

Not unless you'd be happy owning both homes at the same time.
