This is a great time to buy your first home. Prices are low and inventory is high so it is truly a buyer's market. River Ridge is a pretty stable community. There are good schools in the area. Alot of people like that area because it is almost like living in a small town, yet you are but 10 minutes from downtown New Orleans.
