It may be on the market, but be careful what you wish for. The dunes have moved in front of this home, leaving it very much at the mercy of the shoreline and in physical danger. It will almost certainly have to be moved to a new location to be saved. Several Rodanthe homes have fallen to the moving shoreline over the past decade and this one seems to be next in line.

Yes it is. I just added it to my favorites. I lived in Waves for 5 months in 2007 and surfed in front of this house. It's truly beautiful. They were filming Nights of Rodanthe when I was there, otherwise I would have loved to have checked out the inside.
