It really depends on what you are looking for and your criteria. You can get some good buys there but before you buy anything you need to fully investigate the area. Now as licensed brokers we can not tell you whether an area is good or bad but, we can furnish you with specific information and where to find more. If you let me know what you are interested in knowing about (be it crime statistics, schools, walkability scores or anything) we can find you that information.
I know at first glance the prices look great at Bramblegate but, I caution you to get a buyer's agent that can represent you and help you find just the right home to purchase for you.
