investment in Jackson, MS
I heard that Jackson is a great place to invest. I checked but it is a small town so I am not sure it is a good idea, also i don't knowhow much do i need to pay for 1 peoperty for investimg. how many percent of ROI I can expect.

go to http://jackson.craigslist.org (craigslist in Jackson, MS) then click on "housing" and you will find a lot of people selling wholesale houses...send them an email and I'm sure they will get back with you
