Between May and June of 09, 4 units were available to rent and 4 units were rented $1300. to $1380. per mo. They were on 47 to 62 days.
Do the math...if you are taking in more on the unit than you are putting out with a nice cushion (25%) and take into account vacancy rate. It pays for itself and you have something sell down the road. Keep in mind, you want reliable paying tenents. Make sure you get the credit reports, check the references and be particular.
