in the state of florida, when ahouse is foreclosed on, how long do you have to vacate

Are you the owner or the tenant? If you're the tenant, the bank may allow you to stay for the remainer of your written lease. If you're the owner, you should be out before the home forecloses. You don't want to add to your credit problems with an eviction. Also, if the foreclosure isn't final, you really should try a hail mary pass - put it on the market and attempt a short sale.

Depends on the bank. The sherriff will usually post a 30 day notice at the property.

Once a home is foreclosed on it is up to the bank as to when they will start the eviction process.
