Take a look at The Edge in WPB. It is FannieMae approved and over 90% sold.

Suzy,
I am a buyer agent specializing in helping people find the perfect property for their needs.
If you let me know your criteria I can help you in a jiffy.
There are still lots of condos and some town homes for sale between 100-150k with at least 2 bed rooms. Good luck whatever you do.

Dear Sue,

So much is dependent on what your specific needs are as even with the current sellers market there are opportunities but you have to act fast when they arise. Location, size, parking requirements, amenities, budget, acceptable association fees and the condition you are willing to accept all play a role.

The best thing you can do in today's active market is clearly define your housing objectives and determine what areas will meet your needs. Inventory levels are very low and finding homes is a much more difficult task than it was a few months ago. If you would like to further discuss your particular situation and put together a game plan to meet your goals please feel free to contact me at your convenience for a complimentary consultation. I would be honored to be on the list of Realtors® you may choose to interview to assist you and your family find the perfect Florida home.

Best of luck and if I can offer anything additional please let me know.

Hi Sue,

How many square feet will you feel comfortable with?

Do you have any pets?

With a condo, are comfortable with a higher or lower floor?

When do you plan to move? Will this be a vacation home?

Please contact me directly and I will be happy to help you find a home.

Hi Sue,
What amenities would you like to be close to?
Restaurants? Beach? Gated? Close to shopping?
Budget? Timeline?

I would be happy to email you ideas.

Sincerely,
