Just wanted to let you know that the property at 13770 Bluestone Lake Court is no longer available. It went under contract just yesterday, May 15th. What a shame - you just missed it. What a nice looking home too! I can keep an eye on this for you and contact you if and when it should come back onto the market, or at least if it closes. I would also be happy to send you other properties in the area that may be similar to that one.
The list price was $259,900. Right now we don't know what is going to happen as far as appraisal values and millage rates are concerned. All homes in Broward county are about to be reappraised in June. I doubt that it will be based on sales price as prices are so very low right now. That worked for property taxes in a rising market, but not with the market conditions we're seeing now. We'll know more in June, but I really do expect the method to change.
