Keesy,

Providing people with information is one of the many services real estate professionals perform. A local agent will be able to support your interests and guide you through the purchase process....

First speak to a loan officer to see if you qualify for a mortgage. You should be able to do this without making any commitment. If you qualify then get in touch with an agent who can set you up with properties that fit in your budget. If you close before December 1, 2009 you may be eligable for the $8000 first time home buyer credit.
