Im in San Diego, but consider other elements to your offer besides the cash position, such as timing, repairs and convenience for the seller. Often times people focus on price only and forget the details that often create the deal.....

You are not alone. There are many cash buyers in the market today.
Good luck,

That's great, cash offers tend to be a priority over financed. However, there are many Cash Buyers out there. It's important to work with a knowledgeable Realtor who can provide you thorough information on a property before you submit an offer. I can help customize an offer that will help you stand out from competing Cash Buyers. What is your budget? How much are you willing to Invest?

Good-afternoon! The beautiful thing about cash offers is that they allow for the buyer to have more of a priority when submitting offers as well as more flexibility on the negotiation side. Let me know if you do not have an Agent to represent you, We'd be more than happy to assist you in what you're looking for.
