Walden is one of the lowest in the Atascocita Area, with a 2.78% tax rate. And don't forget your homestead exemption, if this is your primary residence. And you can always protest your home taxes each year with the Harris County Appraisal District.

The average tax rate in Atascocita run approx 3.1 for every 100 dollars of appraised value. On a 165,000 home your taxes will be approx 5100 per year.
