I work in the short term rental areas around Disney. Will you be using this holiday home just for your own use or will you be letting it out?

Foreclosures/short sales do not go through fast. It can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 4 months to get an answer back from the bank if they have accepted your offer.
Bank Owned homes have already been been taken by the bank and you can usually hear within 2 days if they have accepted your offer.

Hi Darren,

Which dates are you looking for? That’s going to dictate if I can get you a better deal or not. You are looking for a pool home with a games room for 11 nights, and $1,100 will be hard to match with a games room and spa, especially if you are looking for pool and spa heat to be included. I think I could find you a nice 4bed home with games room, pool and spa, but the pool heat and taxes will likely not be included. I definitely need to know the dates though.

Hello Darren,

Before you choose a Realtor, ask for at least 4 references from their clients. Many will have a "testimonial" section on their websites.

Are you aware of the short/sale, foreclosure process? These can take time for the lender to get back to you, either approving your offer or not. Do a Google search for accommodation in the Kissimmee area. Of course, if you come during the summer months, expect to pay a little more.

there are 2 adults 2 children. looking for cheap deal in emerald isle preferably, or windsor hills/palm . villas only.not worried about size but want own pool,spa and own games room. had an offer on windsor hills for 11 nights for 550 pounds ($1100 approx) but hasn't got a games room.

I think you should interview a few agents once you get here, or by phone. That way you can learn more about the way each agent works and how it can benefit you. Also, you’ll see if the person is trust worthy or not.
