im buying a shortsale bank counter offered me about sellers concession my lawer asked them to wave the sellers concessin it been a month later havnt

heard anything they say still in review i told my lawer to se if they will accept a 3 percent sellers concession instead of the 6 percent been in contract since march bank is wells fargo and there are no other offers on house do you think they will approve it
