if seller is a developer whose property has not been sold for past year or so, what is the right offer?

While your question is almost a year old, I beleive the answer is the same. What are compartive properties selling for and what is the developer willing to accept. The later is probably more the case in these times.

FIRST ANSWER

Hi Rosa,
When my husband and I came to St. Augustine to look at homes, I found a Real Estate Agent and had her negotiate with the developer in St. Augustine, FL. We got a great deal and the developer paid the real estate agent her commission. I'm a Realtor in St. Augustine and would like to help you find your home of your dreams. There are lots of great deals in today's market even threw a developer.
