I need more info to provide you with the right answer to your question. Do you have a loan on the mobile home?? Most of the Montgomery County MPDU homes are awarded on a lottery system except for the MPDU condo units in Clarksburg.

Hi Amy,

That is a question to ask your program advisor or lender. However since mobile homes are considered personal property and not real estate...as long as it isn't on land you own I would think you would still qualify for a true mortgage loan and any incentives you are eligible for through the program.
