if i buy a property and qualify for the 8000 tax credit, will i qualify for the extended credit if passed?
if congress and house of reps. agree on to extend the tax credit after i qualify for the 8000 credit will i be eligible
to receive the extended credit?

FIRST ANSWER
If you qualify for the extended credit you will get the exteneded credit... you won't get both
I think your question is more re: whether or not you will qualify and since the extended credit hasn't passed yet the guidelines for qualification are not released...
