if a house was listed and isnt anymore cant i knock on the door and try and negotiate politely?
i saw it at an open house - i have done fsbo before but not for a while - i know how to write a contract and work it thru a title company. i know the comps and the value of the home and its the right deal without the commssions. i think for both parties - i know what they paid.

FIRST ANSWER
By all means, please make contact and express your interest, and if you put the transaction together, consider hiring a broker or an attorney to make sure you have completed all the details, it would be wise, be sure to review all disclosures, get a home inspection. Good Luck
