My advice is to always disclose EVERYTHING and then there will never be any problems. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy!

Good Morning Again,

Laws vary from state to state. Make sure you seek assistance from a local Realtor as to your states legal requirements and practices. However as a general rule, when in doubt, disclose.

Good Morning,

Yes. For your protection as well as your legal responsibility, it is always best to inform a prospective buyer.

Hi Johamm60!

The simple answer is YES.
The seller and the listing agent must legally disclose any known facts about the property.
You would be surprised how many prospective buyers will tolerate conditions if they are disclosed upfront.

I'm a listing specialist. Please consider using me to sell your house, I appreciate it!
