i would like to know if i can finance a home with my income being from ss disabilty, im 55 i draw 2000 a month and my credit score is 720.

Right now mortgage companies seem to require a large down payment. At least 20%. Nevertehless, you may discuss your circumstances and there may be a program available. Your credit worthiness is very good so that should weigh in quite a lot.

You would need to meet with a lender who can pre-qualify you for a mortgage. I would be happy to supply you with a list of lenders in the area. Tammy Hayes, Realtor.

sounds like you would have no problem. Your income is secure and you have a great credit score. Find a good Realtor, get yourself pre-qualified with a good lender, say your bank and start looking!
