I once had a buyer use Regions Bank for a HomePath loan and it closed on time with no hassles. Unfortunately that lender is now retired.
I've recently had great luck with the Wells Fargo-City Life Lending team. I'm sure they offer HomePath - most lenders do.

PS. Check around. More banks offer HomePath than just the ones listed on the Fannie Mae site. I believe the ones on the webpage paid for that placement...

Although I am not in your area I facilitate the Homepath Mortgage Process nationwide as a preferred national lender. The Homepath is a great opportunity as you obviously already know. For anyone looking into it: the best first step is to apply for one. Feel free to apply at my website: https://lo.mlhl.com/chadschauers

I will forward your application to my team of professionals within 24 hours. For more helpful mortgage information, feel free to check out my Mortgage Related Blog at: http://bozemanmortgageblog.com

Here's a link to lenders listed on the Fannie Mae site. I can check with my preferred brokers in town tomorrow if you'd like. Just send me a message if you'd like that info.

Good luck!
