Send me an email at frank@hawaiihome.biz and I can send you a few lists. You first have to decide on an area, Central (Mililanli, Waikele, Aiea, Pearl City, etc), Ewa (Ewa Beach, Makaklio), Metro (Salt Lake, Downtown, Makiki, etc.) or East (Hawaii Kai, Aina Haina, etc,.)
I do not handle rentals personally, but would be happy to generate a few lists for you to start with. For that price range, you will most likely find a townhome, or a small house (up to 1200SF).
