I believe Ft. Velasco is on the jetties side of the beach. Many homes had water in the bottom portion but the tops remain in tact. From what I have been told, the jetties side did have a bit more water than the homes that are located on the other side of the beach. This home actually is located across the street from the beach and is farther back then some that took a direct hit. According to the Multiple Listing Service, the home shows to still be available.
