Hi Milt,
You really do need to have an agent take a look at your house to help determine a rental price. What style home, age, square footage, other ammenities, etc..? Can I ask why you are planning to rent your home and where will you be going? I can help connect you with an agent, 2 even, to talk with to help you determine a rent and then help you find a tenant. I can also help you relocate yourself if you need that help. My comapny does have an office nearby and I am part of our relocation team, so I can easily help you with whatever situation you need help with! Please feel free to call me or send me an email. 845-401-1448 or lisa.brodsky@coldwellbanker.com . You can also look around my company site and search for rentals..to compare if you like. http://www.currierandlazier.com/lbrodsky
Let me know how I can best help.
