future value - if I buy now and every sell or is foreclosure what is my house worth - that is hard to say but your agent could look at the tends for the are/neighborhood and give you an idea of were they think the market over all for this location is heading.
Once I move in how safe I am - I would say one way to protect your value and you safety is to get together with other homeowners and the local police and start a neighborhood watch program. Also don’t be afraid to call the agent that has a vacant house and report anything you see that makes you uncomfortable.
