My company handles leasing/rental as well as property management in the area. Please let me know if you would like to talk more about the rental option and how we screen tenants.

Work with a broker specifically with experience in leasing. The single most important thing is to make sure that you (and your broker) properly screen your tenant. If you choose a bad tenant, it could turn into the nightmare that never ends.

Good luck!

You need to contact a REALTOR who understands the rental market and is knowledgable about managing property. This can be a complicated process which needs expertise. Going it alone can be a costly mistake if you get a poor tenant. It is best to interview a few REALTORS to determine who you feel most comfortable entrusting your property to. Best wishes!

I would put it on a bunch of sites. Maybe hire a good leasing agent.

Ok - prepare the home so that it is rentable and work with a Realtor who can offer you maximum exposure for your property. Feel free to contact me should you need any assistance.

then you need an agent because the market is very complicated .. I am happy to rent your home for the top market price and can do it in 30 days. The market requires you offer a commission to compensate for services which we can discuss
