Hi Kim,
Currently properties on Windham Loop are ranging in price from $189,000 for a 1 bedroom up to $449,000 for a 3 bedroom. I found one three bedroom listed at $399,900. Have you received a full list of what is listed for sale , if not. Please contact me I can send you every active listing , listings come on the market often . if you would like me to I can email you properties the very day they are listed. Have you spoken to a lender yet? If you have not I can put you in touch with a few people you can speak to. How many bedrooms do you need to have in the condo? You can do your own property search from my website atrealestatespecialists.com. Please contact me if I can be of help to you.

There is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 920 sq ft unit listed for sale, with asking price of $319,500. Let me know if you'd be interested in it.

FIRST ANSWER
Kim,

This is the perfect question for your lender to answer! I would go to your preferred lender and ask them to preapprove you for a loan to purchase the property in question. The lender should crunch the numbers and be able to tell you whether or not you can afford to do what you want to.

Most lenders in my area will do this for free.

I hope that helps.
