Hello,
There are a couple of things you have to consider. First, the good news. There are a number of condominiums that accept dogs. However where do you really want to live? We need some more information before we can help you. Now the bad news. Do you really want 2 large dogs in a condominium unit? I don't think so. Also it's getting harder to get financing in many condo projects so unless you're paying cash your condo options maybe serverly limited. I have 2 dogs myself so I know how important they are to you. Ifg your serious here is what you need to do. First, you need to get prequalified so we know what price range you can afford. If you're not working with a mortgage professional I can recommend some for you. Next you need to determine where you want to live. Then we ned to look at ALL your housing options within your location and price range. Please call me if you have questions or can help you.

Dear Jericalisti:
There are quite a few condo complexes that do accept larger dogs, but we'll need to narrow down the field a little. Where, in Broward County, would you like to be. When you say "condo", do you want a high-rise, or building with just 3-5 floors? Would you consider a townhome or coach style home? You may even get a fenced courtyard for the dogs with one of these.
How many bedrooms? What is your budget?
I know.. you thought you were asking the questions and we were supposed to answer! I just need a little more information to give you a good answer... once I can narrow it down, I can give you some names and locations.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes,
Angela

What about a small house? No association fees and LARGE DOGS would KILL for a backyard.
I have 2 dogs...just thoughts...
