Juana: This home was an REO and was sold for 76K in 2009 and resold for 135k in Sept that same year. The property seems to be in the same condition it was when sold in 2009. There are no apparent improvements made to the property since its last purchase. The property is in fact available at this time. To make a better decision we need to set a showing appointment so you can go and see this property yourself. From the pictures it needs some work. In addition, we will need to perform due diligence; this will help you determine if it is worth the effort.
