It appears as thought the home is back on the market after having had a contract. There's a good chance the agent will share with us the reason the contract did not stay together. It could have been that the buyer could not obtain a mortgage, changed their mind about the home for some arbitrary reason, lost their job, etc...if it was a material defect with the home, it would have to be disclosed by the seller and agent going forward.
