Hello Tito,

Dr Phillips is very close to all the Orlando attractions. Not only is it moments away from Disney, but also Universal, SeaWorld, and International Drive. The average home price is anywhere from 200,000-400,000 but there are multi-million dollar homes sprinled throughout. There is a new community opening this spring called Parkside in Dr Phillips which will offer all the amenities you would expect of a great community. Clubhouse, pool, and more. Check it out on the link below.

Hello Tito:

Disneyworld Resort is roughly 30,000 acres. That being said most Orlando Metro ( Orange, Lake , Polk and Osceola county cities) are close somehow.

For example, from Walmart in Poinciana ( Kissimmee) Disneyworld show right next to it in the map. But if you look at Mapquest.com it will take you about 35 mins and 23.76 miles. If you add traffic that can add another 15 mins equaling 45 minutes at least. However if you live on Poinciana Blvd and 192 hwy in Kissimmee and you go to Downtown Disney it can take you only 15 mins.

It really comes to your job location, lifestyle and budget.

If you are looking for a home please choose only one of the Realtors to help you. I bet you is going to make easier your search and your loyalty will be rewarded with a nice place to live.

Hi Tito:

Clermont, Davenport, Windermere and Winter Garden would be nice cities. Clermont and Davenport are closest to Disney and more affordable but they are still nice and quite places.

Below is the link to some homes in these cities:

Hope this helps.
