Depends. Does the entire neighborhood have them or just this one house? Is it a set of power lines that the property back up to(like in Northwood maybe), or do you mean the lines run to the houses directly above the homes(like West Hampton)? ask your agent for their advice too. Lots of homes sell with power lines near them, but just as they are affecting you, they could potentially effect another home buyer when you try to sell.
