i have an accepted purchase agreement but the house does not say it's pending on the mls. what does this mean?

the agreement was accepted over a week and a half ago but on the listing service it still does not show pending. show i get a lawyer? there have been other things that has happened that i consider to be un professional at best and criminal at worst.

Penn,so its seems you dont have a Realtor(ABR) working for you,some just dont change it til closing etc...I would be calling and get documented from listing agent(if case) and go from there.

FIRST ANSWER

Take any issue you have first to the agent's broker, and then, if needed go your local board of realtors. In Cincinnati, that is the CABR 761.8800.
