Absolutely!~ I would plan on paying first, last, and security. If there are no evictions or debts to landlords then you should not be denied.

IF you find a rental you like and the landlord has an issue with your income, you can offer to pay upfront either a larger security deposit a 2-3 months advance rent (IF you can, of course)....

I personally own rental properties; I never check credit
To rent from me, one needs 1st month rent pro-rated plus 2 months security up front
Right now I have 1 large townhouse in West Plantation and one large single home (2 car garage)
up for rent......
