620 is the requirement for an FHA loan at 3.5% down. you will also need a 2 year work history and an acceptabloe debt to income ratio. Feel free to contact me if you need a referral for an agent in your area.

your best bet is to get pre qualified with a lender....there are a lot of other considerations lenders look at before approving you for a loan....like income, debt, years on job, etc. It's a great time to buy....good luck!
