nw? (i am interested in maybe purchasing a condo in the porto vista complex(NW) , i didn't know that there were 2 complexes built by the same builder...the SW complex seems like it is more established (because it's been there longer)...any differences other than that? the NW complex seems well kept also...but looks like construction came to a dead stop when the housing boom crashed...

If you are not local shoot me an e-mail and I can send you additional pictures of the complex. I have sold several in that complex.

Yes the construction stopped when the market crashed. I have several clients that just love it though. Let me know if I can help.

Have a great day,

Do you mean Poro vista located in the SW area of Cape Coral vs. The Isles of Porto Vista located off of Del Prado Blvd around 41 up North? Both were indeed built by the same builder and building has slowed down over the years but is looking to pick back up. The SW Complex is indeed more established because of its convinient location as well as its affiliation with Cape Harbour, however, both complex's are very nice. If you are interested in picking up a unit in either complex, please feel free to give me a call: 239-246-3004.

Many condo complexes were not finished across SW Florida when the market boom crashed. That's the reason they are listed so reasonably priced due to an over abundance of them (Supply and demand). Let me know if I can send you some active ones and get you more information on them.
