i bid on a house in short sale its been 3 months with no answer how long should i wait to hear on it.
3 months have gone by and the bank called my realtor once to say stop calling when i have an answer I will call you back 3 months and she is telling us to move on but we really like the house and the owners pulled it off the market with only our bid pending is it worth the wait?

I have to agree with Chris, and here's why. We cannot see the purchase offer that was submitted, nor it's addendums. Only your agent will have access to information required.
It is not unusual for banks to take forever to approve a short sale, at least it feels like that.

3-4 months seems average at this point. What does your Realtor say?
