I am providing a link to search foreclosures direct from the MLS system that covers most of Wayne County, including Westland. You need not register or pay to use this, and simply click on Westland once accessed.

If you would like assistance seeing the homes and manuerving through an offer and negotiation, you can connect with us by a simple click or call.

Good luck.

I'm sure any Westland Realtor will be happy to show you homes. You will not have "to pay to just look". I am assuming you want to also buy so please be open with your agent as to your motivation and ability to buy. Realtors don't get paid until they bring that happy buyer and seller to the closing table.

http://www.freeforeclosuredatabase.com/ It has some free listings, but very annoying as it seems to not list lot sizes.

http://www.reosource.com/ similar to above.

http://www.taylorbeanhomes.com/search-reo-real-estate-listin… It seems to work

http://www.mortgagenewsdaily.com/wiki/REO_Database_List.asp This is a listing of banks who have reo's.

http://www.biggerpockets.com/bank-reo.html This is also a list of bank sites to look at

http://www.elivemortgage.com/ tons of banks and other sites with reo's here.

By the time you have looked at and through those sites above you will be frustrated and see how some sites are better than others. You can also just look at normal realtor websites. I think most reo's will be listed on them and places like http://www.realtor.com

Those are some of what I have found. Follow the links in each site and see where they take you. Remember, you will look at individual bank listings. That takes time and some of their sites are not real friendly if you want more than just basic info.

Some of the sites above have ads for pay to look sites also, keep looking. The free parts are also there.

Good luck. :)
