Hi My name is Joe Garcia
The current requirment minimum requirement to qualify for a home loan is a credit score of 620. The creditor will pull your credit from all three bureaus and then take the middle number. you could have a 580, 680 and 625 but the mortgage co. will go with the 625 for your credit score. I do have one mortgage co. that can do a little lower score with more money down. however it doesn't happen very often. If you would like some more help or need help finding a mortgage co. please let me know.
Thanks

If you had a rough patch a while back and have been good with credit since.... Lenders can forgive that.
Do you know your credit scores?

The link above is a free book about credit.
Read it and give me a call.... I will gladly talk to you about your credit. If you don't qualify now, I can also show you what you need to do to get qualified in the future. Kind of like a road map to Loan Approval!!
