i am lookng for a tear down in edina. what would be a good buy now?

Have a half acre lot across street from 9 mile creek within walking distance of Edina High school campus,wooded and flat for $369,500.Includes the teardown of 2700sf 1957 built ranch style home w 4brs 3 baths and double attached garage.Hurry,Hurry,Hurry on this Best Buy

Hi Irish,
There are two properties we are evaluating now for this purpose. Both would sell for around $300. New homes in the area are SELLING for over $1.3. We typically finance these with an IO construction loan. Not a bad return on a property the investor will own for less than a year!

West 57th Street. One of few lots on block where property extends to edge of Minnehaha Creek. Heavily and beautifully wooded with meadow along creek. Views are spectacular.

The one on Cornelia Drive at $499,000 is the tear down around 6900 or so...if not, grab a super buy at 7117 Cornelia for $419,900 and updated. Good Luck!
