i am looking for owner financed, unrestricted property. house or double wide. conroe,magnolia area.
would like to have a home or double wide trailer, also, 1,2 acres unrestricted. have a good job but poor credit.

What do you mean by "unrestricted property"? When you say you've got a "good job" - two questions:
1. How long have you been there?
2. How much do you make?
Now by "poor credit" - what are we taking? Less than 500?
What state are you in?
