there are many townhome communities around this area with a pool but it depends on what else you need that will determine where you would like to concentrate your search. For instance are schools,transport or major roads a factor?

I cover the Westfield are and am with the # 1 agency, Coldwell Banker of Westfield. There is a COOP community in Westfield priced in the high 100's to low 200's and there is a pool.

I used to live in basking ridge at society hill 2 .. they have condo and townhomes there. the monthly assn fees are low $192/month. there is also spring ridge or the hills in bedminster

I wish that our search criteria using our self-directed search page outlined pool vs. no pool. But, that field is not included. The link will take you to existing townhomes and we can confirm which do or do not have pools.

Realtor.com provides "pool" as a search option, but not all townhome listings have pool individually checked off. It is one source to use.

Your best option is to receive listings direct from a Realtor who can sort through and provide you only those that do, indeed, have pools.

Several area developments offer this. Sunrise in Gillette, Spring Ridge, The Cedars, and Society Hill in Basking Ridge, Heritage Green in Chatham all have pools on the property. You can get into Spring Ridge at about 225,000 for a one bedroom condo and prices go up from there. Please feel free to contact me to discuss you exact needs further.
