We have for sale a 5 bedroom home in Univ Farm with an IN-law suite addition( with a separate entrance). We are selling by owner, and just on the market 2 days ago. It might work for you.

Hi Angela:
In the West Lafayette market this would be a difficult request to find. I do not believe that there are any readily available. You may want to look at options of buying an existing home that would allow the guest home to be built, or possibly build a new home, modifying plan to include a "guest wing". You may also come across an existing home that has a floor plan with enough seperation in it that it could work for you.
