i am looking for a house and land for lease option or lease purchase until my house sell in HI. We have
outside dgos and well baved indoor cats. We are home owners. its just the 2 of us and Im in my 50s and my sig other is in his 60s. Must be on or within 2 miles max of any county road for medical ER. Also, minimum of 1 acre with house on it for under 100k with some extra lots for our friends n family to build on downthe road or can be in a subdivision but no CCRs' . We like Park Showlow area and Concho both. Also, can be house on a min of 3-4-5 acres. Can need some work. Must be available and livable now.
