There have been a couple of sales in the past two months. One was a bank owned property 2037 sqft, 3 bed, on the 6th floor with a lake view sold for $390,000. The other was a resale 2226 sqft 2 bed on the 6th floor with a Golf/Lake view sold for $375,000. One other property is currently "pending" but is a short sale and there is no way to tell what was offered. There are several listings varying greatly in asking price and many of those have been on the market quite some time. It is clear that what is selling is in the high 300s.
