i am looking at buying a townhouse for my daughter in denton, i like the cobblestone th a lot. are th are?

good buy and do they appreciate as fast as free standing homes, and any new townhomes going into the denton area? I contact a local real estate agent, i met with one when i was in denton never heard back and i have email another about questions on property and no answers, another told the property was under contract and that was the end of it. I am amazed

Sorry to hear about the service. We'll call you back if you call us. We try to answer all the time, but if not we try to call you back within the hour and certainly within 24hrs in most circumstances. We don't have a lot of townhomes/condos in Denton or much in North Texas. I think it is due to the amount of land available. We do have some. I think the one in Cobblestone did sell, but you'd have to give me the address for sure. I can send you an e-mail if any others come up if your interested. There is a fairly new place on soledad for sale in the $150s that is similar. I can email you info on those too if you're intersted.

FIRST ANSWER
In this town duplexes are more common. But, there are a few townhomes on the market now. As the baby boomers start to retire, as they are, there will be more demand for townhouses and I suspect the appreciation will be greater. Is there a specific reason why you must have a townhome.
