Great question! I think I would first need to ask a question of your question - overpriced compared to what? Other markets in the U. S.? Other condominiums in Honolulu? Since Hokua At 1288 Ala Moana was completed in 2006, it has been regarded by many Honolulu residents and by many in the real estate community as a "premier" or "THE premier" highrise condominium in Honolulu. Because the ocean views from Hokua are largely unobstructed, the neighborhood is one of the most exciting and upcoming neighborhoods in Metro Honolulu in an outstanding location (across the street from a beautiful beach, walking distance to the largest shopping mall in Hawaii, walking distance to restaurants, movies, etc.), and because the units have very high quality finishes, one could argue that it is not overpriced. Are there less expensive condominium units in nearby buildings? Yes. But there is only one Hokua! Are Sellers willing to negotiate price on there units for sale in the complex? They have been. I can help you.
