Hi Sjai,
Make sure you get a buyers agent to represent you, when you go to the site. If they give you a hard time, tell them it's your right as a buyer to be represented. I know this because I was a site at several new construction sites in the area.. I always respected the buy's right to be represented. The site manager is working entirely for the builder, not you... In addition to - if you if you don't feel comfortable with the sloping and the basin. Talk to the building inspector or have your agent call him .. Furthermore, go to other sites that this builder has built. Ask the people living in the community if they're happy with their home. Now, Don't be shy, it's one of the largest investments in your life ( am guessing : ) ) ..
