i am a single mother looking to buy a home going through forclosure. Is there any help out there for me.?
Grants,assistance i may qualify for that i wont have to pay back? Is the tax cedit good for forclosures also?

Hi Jennifer,
Have you already found a foreclosed property you want to purchase? Yes, as long as you qualify and this is your first home purchase in at least 3 years, you should be able to take advantage of the First-time home buyers tax credit with a foreclosed property.
